I really want to like Blumpit, but the popup blocker won't even let me open messages in gmail. I should at least be able to right-click and open in a new tab.

   I deleted blump'it partially because of the pop up blocker. I took it off my system, but I still can't open popups that I allow...I even tried reloading firefox. VERY frustrated!

   @Samuel : Popup blocker has been set up to avoid undesirable popups to appear and possibly messing up the Chrome. . That's why you cannot open more than one tab. It might change one day once we get the solution. That's a possibly fustrating limitation and i understand your point. Can you tell me if the "new message" function is still working ? (reading your post, it's unclear to me)

   @agapedad : this is a known bug http://blumpit.pbworks.com/Known-bugs . Containing a manual trick to solve it. Sorry about that
